The Lititz Historical Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1967, the Foundation is dedicated to preserving the history of Lititz and the surrounding area. The Foundation operates a museum, which is located in a 19th century building on East Main Street. The museum houses a collection of artifacts and exhibits that document the history of the town and its people. In addition to the museum, the Foundation also offers educational programs, including lectures, workshops, and field trips, to students and adults.

The Foundation also manages a number of historic properties, including the Jacob and Mary (Herr) Herr House, a mid-19th century limestone dwelling that was formerly the home of a prosperous local farmer. The house is open for tours and is included on the National Register of Historic Places. Other historic sites managed by the Foundation include the Amos Herr House and the Rose Garden, both of which are open to the public.

The Foundation also sponsors a number of special events throughout the year, including a farmers’ market, a holiday open house, and a summer festival. In addition, the Foundation manages an archive of local historical documents, photographs, and other artifacts, and offers research services to researchers. The Foundation also publishes books and pamphlets about the history of the area and has an active presence on social media, with a blog and Facebook page.
