The Southern California Railway Plaza Association Inc. (SCRPA) is a non-profit organization based in Fullerton, California. In addition, the SCRPA is committed to increasing public access to railway sites and encouraging sustainable use of those sites. They work to foster partnerships between government, industry, and community stakeholders to ensure that the region's railway heritage is respected and maintained.
