Mountain Stream Unnamed mountain stream in Tiadaghton State Forest, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. 

Bordering Fourth Gap Road, the stream descends the mountains in a narrow, rocky, hemlock- and rhododendron-filled valley before joining White Deer Hole Creek to the north.
