Two Mile House is a historic house in Carlisle, Pennsylvania that dates back to 1753. The house is located at the intersection of York and Hanover Streets and is considered to be one of the oldest houses in Cumberland County. The house was built by a man named Michael Ralston and was originally a two-story log structure. Over the years, the house has undergone several renovations and additions, most notably in 1820 when the house was converted into a four-room stone structure. The house is currently owned by the Carlisle Historic Preservation Trust and is open to the public.

The house is a classic example of early American architecture that features a steeply pitched gable roof and central chimney. Inside, the house has a large central room with a fireplace, four bedrooms, and a small kitchen. The walls are covered in original wallpaper and the house still contains some of its original furnishings. The house has been carefully restored and maintained over the years and has been used as a living museum to explore the history of early Carlisle.

The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a popular tourist attraction for visitors to the area.
