The Southwestern Oregon Community Action Committee (SWOCAC) is a non-profit organization located in Coos Bay, Oregon. Founded in 1974, SWOCAC provides essential services to approximately 21,000 individuals and families living in Coos, Curry, and Western Douglas Counties. The organization’s mission is to empower people and strengthen communities by providing access to resources and support to individuals and families in need.
