Citizens for Rebuilding the Wimer Covered Bridge is a non-profit organization based in Rogue River, Oregon. The organization was established with the primary aim of rebuilding the historic Wimer Covered Bridge, which was destroyed by fire in 2003.

The group is made up of concerned citizens who are passionate about preserving the historic landmark and ensuring that it remains a part of the community's heritage. Award recipients were nominated by their supervisors, peers, and employees. Phillis known to consistently deliver a high caliber work performance, was recognized for taking initiative in completing priority work for the agency.
