Japanese Hollow Schoolhouse Built in 1904 this abandoned schoolhouse is located in a field near The Dalles on Japanese Hollow Road.  Back then there was a group of Japanese immigrants who lived on the roads end, thus, how it got it's name.  Also known as Eightmile Schoolhouse.
