The towers each have triangular footprints, and are connected by a three-story base building, or podium, which has a trapezoid and triangle-shaped footprint. The building’s exterior is clad in concrete and glass, with tapered facades at the podium and a triangular prism-shaped front wing, concrete canopies, and angled concrete pillars, and concrete panels, vertical glass ribbon corner windows, and metal screens on the exterior. The building is one of the many significant Modernist buildings on the campus of Oral Roberts University, and today, is known as CityPlex Towers, which houses various tenants and medical practices.
