Hollis City Hall (Hollis, Oklahoma) Historic Hollis City Hall in Harmon County, Oklahoma.  The building was constructed in 1939 as the Hollis City Hall and County Jail.  It was the last New Deal Works Progress Administration (WPA) project in Harmon County.

The Harmon County Historical Society in Hollis, Oklahoma was established in 1985. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to collecting, preserving and promoting the history of Harmon County, its people, places and events. The Society is housed in a beautifully restored historic building, built in 1921, which serves as a museum and repository for the collection of artifacts, documents and photographs.

The Society’s collection of artifacts includes items ranging from Native American artifacts to items of regional interest. Included in the collection are items such as farm equipment, tools, furniture, clothing, photographs, books and documents. The Society also maintains a library of local newspapers, books and other documents to aid in research.

The Society offers a variety of programs throughout the year, including educational programs, lectures, field trips and historical reenactments. They also offer a variety of publications, such as books, pamphlets, brochures and newsletters.

The Society's main goal is to promote an appreciation and understanding of the history of Harmon County. They work to ensure that the past is remembered, documented and shared with the community. The Society also works to preserve and promote historic sites in the county. They are actively involved in the restoration and preservation of the Harmon County Courthouse and the historic downtown area of Hollis.
