World War I Spirit of the American Navy Monument (Hobart Oklahoma) Historic World War I Spirit of the American Navy Monument in front of the Kiowa County Courthouse in Hobart, Oklahoma. The Navy statue was intended to be a companion to Viquesney’s Doughboy statues, but far fewer were erected.
