Frank Phillips House, located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, is a significant example of the American Craftsman style of architecture. Constructed in 1906, it is one of the oldest surviving homes in the city. The two-story home was built for Frank Phillips, an early oilman and founder of Phillips Petroleum Company.

The house is a large, rectangular, wood-frame building with a low-pitched, hipped roof and wide overhanging eaves. The exterior is finished in wood clapboard siding and features a stone foundation and chimney. An entry porch with an exposed rafter system and tapered columns runs along the front of the house. The interior of the house features finely crafted woodwork, original period light fixtures, and stained glass windows.

The home was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. In 1990, the house was donated to the Frank Phillips Foundation, and it is now a museum and house museum open to the public. It houses Phillips family artifacts and memorabilia, as well as a collection of art and furnishings from the early 20th century. The house has been carefully preserved and is a reminder of the significant role Frank Phillips played in the development of the early oil industry in Oklahoma.
