Trustees of Memorial Hall of Mount Victory in Mount Victory, Ohio, is a community organization dedicated to preserving the history of the area and honoring the service of local veterans. The trustees are a non-profit organization formed in 1954 and incorporated in 1956. The trustees are comprised of local citizens and representatives from organizations such as the Mount Victory American Legion Post and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.

The trustees are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Memorial Hall, a building constructed in 1926 as a memorial to local veterans of World War I. The building is located in the center of Mount Victory and is used for a variety of community events. The trustees also host an annual Memorial Day parade and ceremony, as well as a Veterans Day ceremony and a Memorial Day service.

The trustees are also involved in other community projects such as the restoration of the Mount Victory cemetery and the installation of a memorial to those who served in World War II. They also host an annual picnic and a Christmas tree lighting ceremony.

This is the original site of the Pottersburg Bridge. When the one lane Pottersburg Bridge could no longer handle the growing volume of traffic, it was decided to move the Pottersburg Bridge to a nearby multi-purpose trail.
