The Touby Lyfoung Foundation was established in Fresno, California in 2008 by Touby Lyfoung and his family. It is a non-profit organization that seeks to address the educational, physical, and social needs of the underserved and marginalized communities in the Central Valley of California. The Foundation works to provide access to quality education, resources and programs to foster self-sufficiency and empowerment.

The Foundation's main mission is to ensure that all underserved and marginalized communities in the Central Valley of California have access to quality educational, physical, and social resources. Through its various initiatives, the Foundation works to increase the academic success of underserved and marginalized communities in the Central Valley by providing access to quality educational services and resources.

In addition to providing access to quality educational services, the Foundation also works to promote physical and social health among underserved and marginalized communities in Fresno by providing access to nutrition, physical activity, and community building programs. The Foundation also assists underserved and marginalized individuals with job readiness skills and entrepreneurship training.

The Touby Lyfoung Foundation is committed to providing access to quality educational, physical, and social resources for underserved and marginalized communities in the Central Valley of California. Through its various initiatives, the Foundation works to foster self-sufficiency and empowerment among underserved and marginalized individuals in the region.
