The Cincinnati Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society (NRHS) is dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of railroading in the Cincinnati area. Founded in 1959, the Cincinnati Chapter has been a part of NRHS for over 60 years.

The chapter is active in the Cincinnati area and takes part in various events such as rail excursions, special trains, museum displays, and club activities. In addition, the chapter works with local railroads to promote rail safety and educate the public on the importance of rail transportation.
