LAFD Welcomes Graduates of Recruit Training Academy Class 2023-3 Credit: LAFD

The Lacey-Davis Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Azusa, California, founded in 2007. It is dedicated to providing resources and support to underserved and at-risk youth in the community. The organization works to provide opportunities to develop skills and resources to help them reach their full potential. They offer a variety of educational, recreational, and vocational programs to help empower youth to become successful and productive members of society.

The Foundation is committed to providing educational, recreational, and vocational resources to underserved, low-income, and minority youth. The Foundation’s programs focus on helping youth develop skills that will equip them for a successful future. This includes college and career readiness, mentorship, and financial literacy. Through the Foundation’s various initiatives, youth are supported in developing the skills and resources to achieve their goals.

The Foundation also works to raise awareness of the needs of the community and create partnerships to promote positive change. They hold a variety of events throughout the year to engage the local community, such as volunteer days and fundraisers. Additionally, they provide resources and support to local organizations and networks that are providing services and programs to benefit youth in the community.

The Lacey-Davis Foundation is committed to making a positive impact in the community and helping to create a better future for the youth of the Azusa area.

LAFD Ceremony Salutes 52 Newly Promoted Members LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Fire Department is proud to honor the achievements of seventy LAFD uniformed and civilian members who have successfully completed the demanding process of promoting in rank or status within the Department. Expressing her pride in their accomplishments, City of Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin M. Crowley oversaw a formal promotion ceremony at the LAFD Frank Hotchkin Memorial Training Center in Elysian Park on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
