Ohio Lawyers Assistance Program (OLAP) is a non-profit organization that provides confidential assistance to lawyers, judges, law students, and their families who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. Located in Columbus, OH, OLAP offers a range of services, including counseling, intervention, and support groups.

OLAP's mission is to promote the well-being of the legal community, prevent impairment, and facilitate recovery for those who are affected by substance abuse or mental health issues.
