To Illinois Central Gulf 9005, Mid-South Railroad 9005 then to Indiana Boxcar 222. This Midland & Bluegrass train is hauling construction waste and a couple of covered hoppers south to the landfill in Signal, OH. Here the train is about to go under the South Ave. bridge in Youngstown, OH. The grade here is steep and the three Geeps are working hard. These tracks are the the former Youngstown & Southern which were trolley tracks back in the day.

6-19-23, Hi-Speed gas station At the corner of Oak Hill Ave. and Myrtle Ave. in Youngstown, OH. The Hi-Speed stations were originally owned by Hickok Oil corporation of Toledo, OH. When Pure Oil corporation took control of Hickok on August 1, 1945 the stations became Pure Oil stations. I'm not sure when this station was built but they started building stations of this design in the mid-1920s. I never knew this building existed.
6-20-23, The City Trust and Savings Bank, Campbell, OH The company filed an application with the State of Ohio as a Corporation For-Profit on September 6, 1904. I couldn't find any more info on the business and I'm not sure if it survived the Depression.
6-17-23, Former Erie/EL mainline, Westlake Crossing, Youngstown, OH The main line was in the grassy area and the siding led to a couple of businesses.
