The Heath Community Arts Council (HCAC) is a non-profit organization which serves the city of Heath, Ohio and its surrounding areas. Founded in 1997, the council strives to promote and foster the development, appreciation and participation in the creative and performing arts in Heath and the surrounding communities.

The HCAC offers a variety of services to the community, including an annual summer theater program, visual arts exhibitions, and art classes for children. The council also presents a variety of music performances, including classical, jazz, and folk. The HCAC also provides educational opportunities for local schools and community organizations.

The HCAC also serves as a venue for local artists to display and sell their works. The council has an annual juried art show, and the council sponsors an annual “Paint Heath” event, which encourages local artists to paint public spaces in Heath.

The HCAC is committed to promoting the arts and enriching the life of the community. The council’s mission is to “cultivate an atmosphere that encourages creativity and artistic expression” and to “create an environment that will foster appreciation and participation in the arts.”

The HCAC is an active member of the Ohio Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. The council is supported by the City of Heath, Licking County Foundation, and private donations.
