1st Avenue, Middletown, OH Built in 1887, this Queen Anne-style house features a red brick exterior, a gabled roof, one-over-one double-hung windows, a two-story bay window on the front facade, a rough-hewn stone base, a front porch with turned columns, and a picture window on the front facade with a stained glass transom.  The house is a contributing structure in the South Main Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Wright-Dunbar is a neighborhood in Dayton, Ohio, located just north of downtown. It is bounded by the Great Miami River to the east, the Stillwater River to the west, and is home to more than 11,000 residents.
