Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio is a historic horticultural environment and botanical garden. Located in the historic Franklin Park neighborhood of Columbus, the conservatory is home to a variety of plants, including many rare and endangered species. The conservatory is home to eight permanent horticultural displays, including the Palm House, the Desert House, the Tropical Rainforest, the Orchid House, the Mediterranean House, the Bromeliad House, the Children's Garden, and the Japanese Garden. The Japanese Garden is a traditional Japanese garden featuring a waterfall and pond, and a variety of native Japanese plants. The conservatory also offers a variety of educational programs and workshops, as well as special events throughout the year.
