The building presently is home to the congregation of the New Hope Baptist Church.

Dorona Apartments, High Street and 6th Street, Dayton Lane, Hamilton, OH Built in 1907, this Beaux Arts-style building was constructed for Joseph W. Doron as an investment property, and is known as the Dorona Apartments. The building features a buff brick and red brick exterior, a rusticated base, stone trim, a cornice with brackets and dentils, three-story porches with cylindrical columns and wooden balustrades, one-over-one replacement windows, decorative trim surrounds at the entrance doors with oxeye transoms, festoons, and ionic pilasters, and buff brick quoins. The building is a contributing structure in the Dayton-Campbell Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building presently houses Haven House, a homeless shelter.

The building features a red brick exterior, roman arched stained glass windows and transoms, a recessed front entrance portal, limestone trim, and decorative patterned brickwork. To the south of the original building is a wing with rough-hewn stone and concrete block cladding, ribbon windows, and wing walls. The building is a contributing structure in the Dayton-Campbell Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
