Paradise Gardens Park and Museum Inc in Helena, Alabama is a non-profit, recreational and educational facility located on the banks of the Cahaba River in the historic Garden District of the city. It is home to the only outdoor museum in the state of Alabama and features a variety of outdoor displays and activities, including a butterfly garden, nature trails, and an outdoor amphitheater.

The park was established in 1978 by the late Dr. Edward A. and Mrs. Ruth A. Goodwin and is open to the public year-round. It is managed and maintained by a group of dedicated volunteers. The park provides a unique learning opportunity for visitors of all ages, with educational programming and activities that focus on the natural and cultural history of the area.

The museum features several historic and educational exhibits, including a replica of a 19th-century cabin, a one-room schoolhouse, and a collection of artifacts related to the local Native American and African American history. In addition, the museum houses a variety of artifacts from the civil rights movement, including a replica of the Edmund Pettus Bridge and a memorial to the four girls killed in the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing.

The park also offers several recreational activities, such as fishing, bird watching, hiking, and picnicking. The park also hosts special events and educational programs throughout the year, such as Civil War reenactments and Native American powwows.
