The Jemison-Van de Graaff Mansion in Tuscaloosa, Alabama is a unique piece of history. Built in 1859, it is a two-story Greek Revival mansion and one of the oldest and most distinctive homes in the city. The mansion is named for two of its former owners, William Jemison and Robert Van de Graaff. It is located on the corner of Greensboro Avenue and University Boulevard.

The mansion has a brick exterior with white columns and a wrap-around porch. Inside, the home has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and original woodwork. The main floor includes a formal parlor, a library, and a dining room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It is currently owned by the University of Alabama and is open to the public for tours.
