Bethania Historical Association Incorporated is a non-profit organization located in Bethania, North Carolina. The association was established in 1968 by a group of local citizens who were concerned about the preservation of the town's rich history and cultural heritage.

The primary objective of the Bethania Historical Association is to promote historical education, research, and preservation. The association is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of several historical sites in the town, including the Bethania Moravian Church, the Gemeinhaus, the Log House, and the Wolff-Moser House.
