Grimes Mill Museum is a historic museum located in Salisbury, North Carolina. It is a restored grist mill that was built in 1896 and operated until the 1950s. The mill was purchased by the Rowan Museum in 1976 and was restored to its original condition. It was opened to the public as a museum in 1983.

The Grimes Mill Museum is a two-story wooden structure with a gabled roof. It has a large water wheel that powered the grinding stones for the mill. Visitors can tour the interior of the mill and see the grinding stones, gears, and other machinery used to produce flour and cornmeal.
