The Henrietta Historical Society, located in Henrietta, NY, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the community since its establishment in 1890. Its mission is to collect, organize, and preserve local historical records, artifacts, and photographs in order to share the history of the Henrietta area with the public. The Society is also committed to educating the community and future generations on the importance of local history.

The Henrietta Historical Society is run by a volunteer Board of Directors and is supported by members and donations. The Society holds monthly meetings and offers a variety of programs and presentations throughout the year. It also hosts an annual History Day and other special events.

The Society’s archives contain a variety of documents, photographs, and artifacts related to the history of Henrietta. These include documents related to the earliest settlement of the area, photographs of local businesses, and artifacts from the 19th and 20th centuries. The archives are available for public research and can be accessed at the Society’s headquarters.

The Society also maintains a museum on the property, which features rotating exhibits and displays of artifacts and photographs related to the history of Henrietta. In addition, the Society offers a variety of educational programs and workshops related to the local history.
