The Town of Watertown Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in the City of Watertown, New York. Founded in 1962, it is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history of Watertown and the surrounding area. It is the only historical society in the area and is run entirely by volunteers.

The society maintains a library and archives, as well as a museum located in the city's historic E.B. Morgan Mansion.
