The Hervey Ely House is a historic home located in Rochester, New York. Built in 1837, the Greek Revival-style mansion was originally owned by Hervey Ely, a prominent businessman and politician in the area. The house is considered one of the finest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the region, featuring a symmetrical facade with a pedimented gable roof, fluted columns, and a grand entrance portico. The interior of the house boasts high ceilings, ornate moldings, and a grand staircase leading to the second floor.

Over the years, the house has been used for a variety of purposes, including as a private residence, a boarding house, and a nursing home. In 1972, the Hervey Ely House was added to the National Register of Historic Places, recognizing its significance as a prime example of Greek Revival architecture and its association with Hervey Ely, a prominent figure in Rochester's history.
