The Campbell-Whittlesey House is a historic residence located in the Neighborhood of the Arts area of Rochester, New York. The house was built in 1885 by William Campbell, a prominent Rochester businessman. It was designed in the Queen Anne style, and is a two-and-a-half story brick house with a steeply pitched roof, two-story bay windows, and a two-story enclosed porch on the south side.

The house was purchased by William Whittlesey in 1892, and his family owned the house until the late 1960s. In 1969, Rochester Institute of Technology purchased the house for use as an art gallery and museum. The house underwent extensive renovations, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Today, the Campbell-Whittlesey House is used by RIT as a gallery and museum, featuring changing exhibitions of art and historical artifacts.
