The Couse Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Taos, New Mexico. The foundation's mission is to preserve, protect, and interpret the life and works of E.I. Couse and the Taos Society of Artists. The Couse Foundation is dedicated to the education and interpretation of Couse's life and works, as well as to the preservation and protection of the Taos Valley environment.

The foundation was established in 1987 by the late Dr. Harold and Helen Wagner and is located in the former home and studio of E.I. Couse, a noted artist who was a founding member of the Taos Society of Artists. The foundation offers a variety of educational programs, lectures, and special events, including the annual E.I. Couse Heritage Day.

The foundation also operates a museum and gallery dedicated to Couse and the Taos Society of Artists. The museum houses a permanent collection of over 1,000 works of art, including paintings, sculptures, prints, and photographs.
