Taos Historic Museums in Taos, New Mexico, is a collection of four unique and historic sites that provide visitors with a glimpse into the history and culture of the area. The four sites in the Taos Historic Museums network are the Blumenschein Home & Museum, the Harwood Museum of Art, the Taos Art Museum at Fechin House, and the Martinez Hacienda.

The Blumenschein Home & Museum was the home of artist Ernest Blumenschein and his wife Mary. It is a classic adobe building that was built in 1902 and is now a museum that displays works of art by the Blumenscheins, as well as other artists from the Taos Society of Artists.

The Harwood Museum of Art is the oldest art museum in New Mexico. It houses a collection of over 5,000 works of art, including works from the Taos Society of Artists, a renowned group of artists that formed in 1915.

The Taos Art Museum at Fechin House is located in the former home of Nicolai Fechin, a Russian-American artist who settled in Taos in 1927. The museum displays Fechin’s artwork, as well as works by other renowned Taos artists.

The Martinez Hacienda is a historic 19th-century adobe estate that was built by the original settlers of Taos. The hacienda includes a chapel, a museum, and a garden. It is a popular destination for visitors, and hosts regular cultural events.

Rio Grande Gorge Bridge At 650 feet above the river, the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge is the second highest bridge on the U.S. Highway System and the fifth highest bridge in the United States. The bridge is on US 64, about 12 miles west of Taos, New Mexico. When you walk across, be sure and look for the wrecked Jeep Renegade below the northeast side of the bridge. Apparently, someone did a 'Thelma and Louise' into the gorge.
