The Turquoise Trail Preservation Trust (TTPT) is an organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the Sandia Park, New Mexico area. The TTPT was founded in 2006 with the goal of preserving the area’s natural resources, including its wildlife, forests, rivers, and trails.

The TTPT works to protect the Turquoise Trail, a scenic byway that links Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The Trail takes visitors through historic sites, breathtaking mountains, and wide-open spaces.

The organization also works to protect the area’s wildlife, including endangered species like the Mexican spotted owl and the bald eagle. The TTPT also works to protect the area’s archaeological sites and to prevent the destruction of its forests.

The TTPT also works to promote education and awareness of the area’s natural resources. The organization hosts educational programs and workshops, as well as hikes, lectures, and other events.
