The National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) in Albuquerque, New Mexico is a place to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Hispanic and Latino Americans. Located in the historic Barelas neighborhood, the NHCC is a comprehensive arts and cultural organization that serves as a living laboratory for the exploration, celebration, and preservation of Hispanic culture, art, and identity.

STOP... While walking in Albuquerque, NM by the San Felipe De Neri church (Iglesia de San Felipe De Neri) which was founded in 1706. I noticed that this musician appeared to be surrounded by Stop signs. This looked interesting taking to consideration that the musician was quite good.
