Sayreville Historical Building is a significant landmark in Sayreville, New Jersey. It is a two-story brick structure located at 1400 Main Street, on the corner of Washington Road. The building was constructed in 1875 and was originally used as a schoolhouse. It served as Sayreville's first high school until 1906 when a new high school was built.

In 1927, the building was purchased by the Sayreville Historical Society and converted into a museum to showcase the history of Sayreville. Today, the Sayreville Historical Building houses a collection of artifacts, documents, photographs, and memorabilia that tell the story of Sayreville's past. The museum's exhibits focus on the town's industrial history, including its brick-making industry, which was once a major employer in the area.

The Sayreville Historical Building features a classic Victorian-style architecture with a steeply pitched roof and tall, narrow windows. The building has been well-maintained over the years, and in 1997, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
