The Pennsylvania Railroad Harsimus Stem Embankment Preservation Coalition (PRHSEC) is a non-profit organization in Jersey City, New Jersey. The organization was established in 2005 with a mission to preserve and protect the Harsimus Stem Embankment, a historic railroad structure that is an important part of the city's industrial heritage.

The Harsimus Stem Embankment is a 1.5-mile-long elevated railroad structure that was built in the late 1800s by the Pennsylvania Railroad. It was used to transport goods and passengers between New York City and the industrial areas of New Jersey. The structure is made up of a series of arches and viaducts that were built to support the weight of the railroad tracks.

In the 1990s, the Harsimus Stem Embankment fell into disrepair and was at risk of being demolished. The PRHSEC was formed to save the structure and has since been working to raise awareness about its historical significance and to secure funding for its preservation.

Today, the PRHSEC is actively involved in the restoration and maintenance of the Harsimus Stem Embankment. The organization has worked with local government agencies, community groups, and private donors to raise funds for the project. The goal is to transform the embankment into a public park and greenway that will provide recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
