The Pine Shores Art Association is a non-profit organization based in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Founded in 1964, the organization is dedicated to promoting and encouraging the visual arts in all of its forms. The association is comprised of more than 400 members from Ocean and Monmouth counties, and they all share a common goal of furthering the appreciation and practice of art among the local community.

The organization offers a variety of activities, including art classes and workshops, juried shows, plein air painting, and weekly paint-ins. In addition to their educational programs, the association also holds a variety of special events, such as their annual juried show and their signature “The Peoples Choice” show.

The Pine Shores Art Association also encourages local artists to be active in their community. They host various outreach programs, such as the “Art in the Park” series, which brings art to the public and encourages engagement with the local community.

The organization’s mission is to foster an appreciation of the visual arts, provide opportunities for members to share their work, and to help local communities celebrate the rich artistic heritage of the area. The Pine Shores Art Association is always looking for new members to join and help them in their mission.
