Hancock House is a historic landmark located in Pennsville, New Jersey. The house was built in 1730 by John Hancock, an early settler of Salem County. The building is a two and a half story brick dwelling, and is one of the oldest surviving houses in the county. The house is situated on a hill overlooking the Salem River and the town of Pennsville.

Hancock House is an example of a Georgian style home, which was popular in the colonial period. The exterior of the house features symmetrical windows, a centered door, and a hipped roof with a central chimney. The interior of the house features wide-plank floors, four fireplaces, and original paneling and trim.

The Hancock House has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1975. In addition, it is a contributing structure to the Pennsville Historic District, which was established in 1982. The house is currently owned by the Pennsville Historical Society, and is open for tours and special events. Visitors can explore the rooms of the house, view artifacts, and learn about the history of the house and its occupants.
