Long Pond Ironworks is a historic site located in Ringwood, New Jersey. It was founded in 1766 and was one of the most important ironworks in the American colonies. The site includes a number of buildings that were used for smelting iron ore, including a blast furnace, a casting house, and a machine shop. There are also a number of other buildings on the site, including a blacksmith shop, a carpenter's shop, and a gristmill.

The ironworks produced a variety of goods, including iron bars, stoves, and cooking utensils. During the American Revolution, the ironworks played an important role in supplying the Continental Army with weapons and ammunition. After the war, the site continued to operate until it was shut down in 1882.

Today, Long Pond Ironworks is a popular tourist destination, with visitors coming to learn about the history of the site and explore the buildings and grounds. The site is also home to a museum, which features exhibits on the history of the ironworks and the people who worked there. The site is open to the public year-round, and guided tours are available during the summer months.
