The Hancock Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Hancock, New Hampshire. Established in 1950, the society maintains a collection of artifacts, documents, and photographs related to the town's history, as well as a library of books and publications.

At the Top Midday midweek skiing is always the best. I had my own chair on the quad all afternoon.

Reflections of Me Was a good day overall. Some poor kid got his bell rung falling down and had a concussion and most likely a broken collarbone on the left side. A couple other skiers were there to help too. All three of us looked after him until the ski patrol got there. Parted ways, kid (not really a kid, he said he was 28) was in good hands, and I decided that was my hint to end it. I took one more run and called it.

Historic distance sign in Fitzwilliam NH Fitzwilliam is at the junction of NH 12, a major surface road, and NH 119, which is long-distance but not major. That said, this sign is only on NH 119, being about 1/4 mile from NH 12. This sign appears to have been repainted or replaced between 2018 (as shown in Google Street View) and 2024 (when I took this photo). Photo taken October 19 as part of a fall foliage trip.
