Silver State Young Chautauqua Association is a non-profit organization based in Reno, NV that provides young children and teens with a unique learning experience through the art of living history. The organization was founded in 1999 and has since been dedicated to promoting education and building character in young individuals through the Chautauqua format.

The Chautauqua format is a type of interactive performance that allows young individuals to take on the role of historical figures and present their stories to audiences. Through this format, children and teens develop public speaking skills, research and writing capabilities, and learn about history and culture.

Silver State Young Chautauqua Association offers workshops and training programs for young individuals to learn the art of Chautauqua performance. The organization also hosts annual events, including the Young Chautauqua Festival, which provides an opportunity for young performers to showcase their talents to a wider audience.

The association has been recognized for its contribution to education and was awarded the Governor's Arts Award for Excellence in Arts Education in 2013.
