Kiley Ranch Preservancy Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Sparks, Nevada. The foundation is dedicated to preserving and protecting the natural beauty of the Kiley Ranch area, which encompasses over 200 acres of land. The foundation was established in 2005 by concerned citizens who wanted to ensure that the land would not be developed and would be preserved for future generations to enjoy.

The foundation's mission is to promote conservation and education through the preservation of natural resources, wildlife, and cultural heritage. The Kiley Ranch area is home to a variety of wildlife, including migratory birds, deer, and other small mammals. The foundation works to maintain the natural habitat of these animals and protect the area from invasive species.

In addition to conservation efforts, the foundation also offers educational programs and events. These programs include guided nature hikes, birdwatching, and workshops on sustainable living. The foundation also partners with local schools to provide educational opportunities for students.
