The Hitchcock County Historical Society (HCHS) is a non-profit organization located in Trenton, Nebraska. The mission of the HCHS is to collect, preserve, and share the history of Hitchcock County. The HCHS building was built in 1908 and houses the Hitchcock County Historical Museum, which displays a variety of artifacts, documents, and photographs that tell the story of the county’s past.
