Douglasia montana - mountain douglasia Mountain douglasia growing along a ridgeline at the southeast end of the Bridger Range, Gallatin County, Montana. This area experienced a burn during early September 2020 but mainly to the north of this site. This south facing ridgeline represents open understory of primarily Douglas fir and secondarily limber pine.

The Natural History Exhibit Hall in Livingston, Montana is a unique museum dedicated to showcasing the natural history of the region. The exhibit hall is located in downtown Livingston, just off of Main Street. The hall is home to a number of different displays and exhibits, ranging from fossils, minerals, and petrified wood to the history of dinosaurs and their environment. Visitors can explore the displays to learn about the ancient creatures and environments that once roamed the area.

The museum also features a variety of interactive displays, such as a virtual reality exhibit that allows visitors to explore the area in 3D and a paleontology lab where visitors can observe and learn about the process of fossil preparation. In addition, the museum offers educational programs, such as field trips and special events, as well as educational resources for students and teachers.
