The Livingston Depot Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the Livingston Depot, a historic building in Livingston, Montana. The Depot was built in 1902 and served as a major stopping point for the Northern Pacific Railway. It was a major hub of activity in the area, and the building served as a hotel, restaurant, and office building.

Today, the Depot is part of the Livingston Depot Historical Complex and is owned and operated by the Livingston Depot Foundation. The Foundation's mission is to preserve and interpret the Depot and its historical significance to the local community and to educate the public about the Depot's cultural and historical importance.
