Tullis-Toledano Manor is a historic mansion located in Biloxi, Mississippi. The mansion was built in 1856 for Joseph Tullis, a wealthy cotton planter, and has been designated as a Mississippi Landmark. The mansion is a fine example of Greek Revival architecture and features a grand portico with four Corinthian columns, a central hall with a curved staircase, and elaborate plasterwork on the ceilings.

The mansion was later purchased by the Toledano family in the early 20th century and was used as a private residence until the 1970s. It was then converted into a bed and breakfast and event venue. The mansion has since been restored to its former glory and is now a popular destination for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
