The Center Point Women’s Preservation Society (CPWPS) is a non-profit organization located in Center Point, Alabama. The organization was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the area's women. CPWPS focuses on educating and inspiring women through the preservation of historical sites, artifacts, and documents.

The Society works to bring awareness to the many contributions of women in the Center Point area. They host workshops and events to educate the public about the accomplishments of the women who have made an impact on the area. These events also serve to create a sense of community and stability for the women who live in the area.

The members of CPWPS work to protect and document the history of women in Center Point. They have worked to restore and preserve several historical sites in the area, including the Center Point Women’s Memorial Park. The park, which was dedicated in 2011, honors the many women who have made significant contributions to the area.

CPWPS also works to promote the work of local female artisans, musicians, and writers. They host a variety of events throughout the year to showcase the work of these women and to support their efforts.

In addition to their preservation and educational efforts, CPWPS also provides financial assistance to women in the area who are in need. The organization has a scholarship program to help women pursue higher education, and they also provide assistance with living expenses.
