The Jefferson College Historic Site, located in Natchez, Mississippi, is a preserved campus that was once a prestigious educational institution. Founded in 1802, Jefferson College was the first college established in Mississippi and served as a prominent educational center for over a century. The site is comprised of several buildings, including the original college building, dormitories, a chapel, a library, and a president's house.

The main college building is a two-story brick structure with symmetrical architecture and a prominent central portico. It features a large auditorium, classrooms, and faculty offices. The dormitories, known as the East and West buildings, were constructed in the 1820s and have been restored to their original appearance. The chapel, built in 1848, is a small brick building with a simple interior and a bell tower.

The library, which was added in 1839, is a two-story brick building with a gable roof and a cupola. It contains a collection of rare books and manuscripts, as well as exhibits on the history of the college and the Natchez area. The president's house, built in the 1840s, is a two-story Greek Revival-style structure with a large porch and a balcony.
