The Bakken Library and Museum in Minneapolis, Minnesota is a one-of-a-kind research library, museum, and educational center dedicated to the history and future of science, technology, and medicine. Founded in 1975 by Earl and Lilian Bakken, the library houses over 60,000 books, manuscripts, and archival materials. The library's collection focuses on the history of electricity, electronics, biomedicine, and related fields.

The museum, which opened in 2001, has over 350,000 artifacts, including antique medical and electrical equipment, historical photographs, scientific instruments, and more. The museum also houses a gallery with rotating exhibits, a gift shop, and a theater.
