The Ernest C. Oberholtzer Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Excelsior, Minnesota. The foundation was established in 1977 to preserve and promote the legacy of Ernest Oberholtzer, a conservationist and wilderness advocate who played a key role in protecting the natural resources of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

The foundation's mission is to continue Oberholtzer's work by promoting environmental education, research, and advocacy. It operates the Ernest C.
