ARD Godfrey House is a historic building located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Built in 1869, this four-story brick building is located in the heart of the city's downtown area. It is a contributing property to the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The building was originally constructed for the Godfrey Family, who were prominent Minneapolis farmers and merchants. The building was designed in the Italianate style of architecture, which is characterized by its large windows, symmetrical shape, and ornate detailing. The building features a bracketed cornice along its roofline, as well as quoins along the corners.

In the late 1800s, the building was used as a dry goods store, and later as a warehouse. In the early 1900s, it was used as a hotel, and in the mid-1900s, it was used as an office building. In the late 2000s, the building underwent an extensive renovation, and today, it is used as a mixed-use building, with retail spaces, lofts, and apartments.

The ARD Godfrey House is an important piece of Minneapolis' history, and its unique architecture serves as a reminder of the city's past.
